Hemp Seed Oil is derived from the hemp seeds and are mainly used for dietary purposes (imagine something similar to coconut oil). Refined hemp seed oil can also be used in beauty care products, as they have amazing skin care properties. I just received my bottle today. I took my first dose minutes ago. Well see if I have any relief from it. So far, my only complaint is that it comes with a huge dropper in the bottle. The bottle is definitely more than 1ml. If a dose is 1ml, why doesn’t the dropper have measurements on the in to tell you exactly how much you are taking. If I had to guess, i would guess the dropper holds 3-4ml which is 3-4 doses. The concentrate is 90mg/1ml. My typical hemp oil only contains 16.66mg/1ml. That’s 5x the strength I’m used to. I bought this big 4oz bottle knowing it contains as much as 4 of my typical 1oz bottle. I paid for this bottle what I normally pay for 4 bottles that have only 1oz. Then the other reason I bought this was because of its strength. It is 5x as potent as what I’ve bought at this point in time. Essentially I bought 20-1oz bottles for the price of 4 bottles. If I knew exactly how much each dropper contained I’d have better control of how much I’m taking. I had planned on taking only 1/4ml per dose.

You can think of the full spectrum of all the chemical compounds found in cannabis as the “language” of the plant. It’s not one chemical, but all the chemicals combined working together that cause a response (again, the entourage effect). Pros: This item is organic and produced in the USA. The appearance of the oil is very much like extra virgin olive oil, as it should be. It has a green shade indicating that it is full spectrum and unrefined. Nature’s Blueprint also added natural peppermint to make it more palatable. I think it tastes fine straight from the dropper, but it can also be added to a smoothie of some sort or maybe hot tea? I appreciate that it has a clear label for the supplement facts and dosing. If you ever buy something that doesn’t, I certainly wouldn’t take it.
